Deborah Phillips, City Council

Deborah Phillips is the mother of two children, and lives in the near eastside neighborhood. Deborah is the Executive Director of the Ohio Fair Schools Campaign, a statewide grassroots non-profit working on school funding reform. She is also a trained mediator, with experience teaching conflict resolution in area schools. She has served on the Boards of the Athens Area Mediation Service and the League of Women Voters of Athens County.
