Susan Gwinn, Party Chair
Susan Gwinn has served as Chair of the Athens County Democratic Party since 1996. She has been a member of the Ohio Democratic Party Executive Committee since her election. She currently serves as the State Central Committee Woman for the State Democratic Party from the 20th Senate District.
